Advanced bottom control of containers

Extrema is an artificial intelligence-based system designed for the control of the bottom of glass containers.

Extrema performs analyses using several recipes and different types of control optimized for the various areas of the container bottom while simplifying the calibration phase by the operator.  The system is available in two versions with five stations (1800 mm long in line) and in the SLIM version with two control stations (1100mm long in line).

Arcus

Continuous glass colour monitoring

Arcus is the first system in the world designed for continuous glass colour monitoring directly online. Arcus allows to reduce the glass colour analysis time to zero, eliminating sample analyses on containers taken by an operator from the production line.

By executing the measurement directly on line and in an automatic mode colour sampling time by the operator, dangerous sample cutting activities and data imputation errors by the operator are eliminated..
