Oculus is an embedded vision system for the upgrade of carousel machines allowing the replacement of classic tracking with an advanced analysis system.

The micro-camera has been specially designed for easy installation in existing plant control systems to maximise control performance.

Oculus provides in fact only a micro-camera with a server and an illuminator that projects the light on the container. It has two operating modes:

• Reflection
• Shadows analysis

 

An operation has already been tested and is in use on the main old and new generation machines
