Oculus is an embedded vision system for upgrading carousel machines that allows for the replacement of traditional aiming with an advanced analysis system.

The specially designed micro-camera to be easily integrated within existing control systems in the plant aims to maximize control performance.

Oculus indeed consists of only a micro-camera with a server and an illuminator that projects light onto the container and has two operating modes:

• reflection

• blocking

One mode has already been tested and is currently in use on major carousel machines of both old and new generation
