Arcus

Extrema

Extrema is a system for monitoring the bottoms of glass containers based on artificial intelligence.Extrema performs analyses with multiple recipes and different types of controls optimized for the various areas of the container's bottom, simplifying the calibration phase for the operator. Kit Finish

The Finish Kit can be installed on the Omnia, Linea, and Extrema systems and allows for the addition of quality control functionality for the Finish.The LED lighting system has been specifically designed to highlight all types of defects.Thanks to the high-resolution acquisition system and the developed control software, we can achieve identifications close to 100%.

Linea

Linea is the innovative intelligent system for detecting shoulder cuts on standard and shaped bottles, requiring no adjustment of alignments and easily managing shaped formats without touching the container.Linea automatically detects the defect the first time it appears during inspection without the need for adjustments between emitter and receiver; setup is reduced to selecting an area with the mouse and defining the minimum defect size. Proximus

Versus

VIP LINE (Vision Inspection for Packaging codes)
