Sensor for detection of hot material used on rolling mills to detect the presence of material in real time.Adamantis A100 identifies objects with temperatures between 500 °C and 1400 °C, even in the presence of water vapor.The device, with a reaction time of less than a millisecond, allows for the detection of very fast events of material in transit.

A200

Sensor for detecting the presence of hot/cold material used to detect the presence of material in transit through laser triangulation.Adamantis A200 is used on rolling mills for the detection of billets or blooms in transit on transfer lines.The device detects cold and hot objects with temperatures between 20 °C and 1400 °C, ensuring a high response speed (10 milliseconds).

Hot material position measuring device used in rolling mills as a loop detector (also known as loop scanner or Rotosonde) for material in the rolling cages.Adamantis A500, with a reaction time of less than 3 ms, allows for the detection of very fast events of material in transit.Framing and detection distance can be redefined based on the application.

Cooled camera equipped with a front air barrier suitable for filming inside heating ovens in steelworks.The AISl316 steel container with a sealed cooling circuit using a water system makes it suitable for filming inside ovens.The unit generates a video signal output on standard PAL or NTSC 1Vpp lines.The A800 camera features an Ethernet interface for image management via TCP connection.Thanks to this feature, it is possible to connect the cameras to a monitoring PC and obtain a preview of the images on standard Web pages.The front air barrier ensures good insulation between the system and the hot air generated inside the heating ovens.The system is equipped with an internal temperature sensor that allows monitoring of the internal temperature of the unit and generates an error signal if the temperature exceeds operating limits.
