Quality policy

In addition to having certified the Quality Management System ISO 9001, we consider the well-being and protection of all workers to be essential.

We have therefore implemented a management process aimed at improving working conditions through an organizational system designed to:

maintain and strengthen control over risk situations concerning workers' rights, both internally and with suppliers;
demonstrate externally (to clients, suppliers, public administration, communities, etc.) our ability to respond to both legal requirements and ethical social sustainability systems.

Our Company therefore intends to confirm and develop initiatives aimed at:

promoting health and safety in the workplace;
respecting the freedom of association, trade union rights, and the right to collective bargaining;
combating child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and disciplinary practices not provided for by the Workers' Statute;
respecting work hours and working time;
respecting wage levels.

We are committed to spreading and consolidating these values, and the initiatives that will arise from them, among all staff, as well as with collaborators and suppliers, maintaining preferential business relationships with organizations that recognize the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and that operate in full compliance with state laws on labor rights.
