Proximus is the first vision system for counting and monitoring jammed products directly at the mold exit:

• checks for any jams at the mold exit (often caused by bottles stuck together)

• counts the number of containers that passed through and indicates those to be discarded.

In this way, Proximus allows for immediate identification of defective containers, evaluating the actual production against the waste generated.

A ejector can be paired with Proximus to automate the elimination of waste.
