VIP LINE is born from the collaboration between Video Systems and GISAL with the aim of providing the market with a valid and reliable solution for quality control and traceability of codes applied on beverage products, particularly for the traceability of Federal Marks on alcoholic beverages adopted in the EGAIS system.

VIP LINE is a solution based on 4 main systems:

VIP-LABEL

Performs non-contact inline reading of codes present on the body and cap of the product, allowing the aggregation of codes to the product in transit.

The acquired data is sent directly to the VIP-TRACK system for subsequent use.

VIP-BOX

Performs non-contact inline reading of codes on the caps of canned bottles and the box code, allowing aggregation of bottles and boxes.

The acquired data is sent directly to the VIP-TRACK system for subsequent use.

VIP-PALLET

Performs non-contact inline reading of box codes and pallet codes, allowing aggregation of boxes and pallets.

The acquired data is sent directly to the VIP-TRACK system for subsequent use.

VIP-TRACK

Is the aggregation software installed on the appropriate ServerDB server for managing and tracking codes from production to market entry. The system can manage not only automatic units but also manual devices for data creation and aggregation by operators located along the production lines.
