Ingenium® AI suite is the software tool suite designed by Video Systems to accelerate the development of AI-based machine vision applications, with deployment options in the cloud or on-premise.

Designed for the manufacturing industrial world, the platform allows engineering, R&D, and automation teams to build advanced vision pipelines, optimizing development times and system reliability.

The suite includes three main tools:

  • Image Classification Tool: To quickly create AI models capable of recognizing and classifying categories of objects, defects, or visual conditions.

360° inline inspection for glass tubes

Automatic inline inspection of glass tubesOur advanced inline inspection system performs a 360-degree quality check on glass tubes during the finishing phase, just before the cutting station. Installed directly in the production line, the system captures synchronized high-resolution images from multiple angles to inspect the entire surface of the tube. Using Ingenium® MPVS and the AI-based Ingenium® VSAi suite, the system detects surface and structural defects with high precision.
